  1. How long are shipping times?

Each product you see in our catalog is made on-demand, which means once you place the order, we start working to get it to you. It takes us on average 3-5 business days to create the product but making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction and be a brand contributing towards sustainability. You can find out our estimated delivery times per region/country in our shipping policy.

 

  1. What's your return policy?

We offer FREE returns and exchanges in UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand only.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. 

 

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply email us at customercare@havahtrends.com.

 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We are happy to provide an exchange within 30 days of delivery! Items must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached and in original packaging and condition. You will need to show us the receipt and/or provide order number as proof of purchase. Our refund policy details our policy on exchanges.
